El Consejo FTTH-Sede Latino América llevará a cabo su conferencia anual los dias 18 y 19 de mayo en el Hotel Sheraton "Rio & Resort" en Leblon, Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

El CONSEJO FTTH-Sede Latino América está organizando e invitando a nuestra Conferencia Anual y muestra coporativa en el majestuoso Río de Janeiro, cercano a Ipanema en el famoso Sheraton de Río en Leblón. En Mayo 17 tendrá lugar el Entrenamiento de Expertos FTTH, y en Mayo 18 y 19 tendrá lugar la Conferencia.

Desde nuestro inicio hace 2 años, el Grupo LATAM cuenta con más de 35 miembros y va a ofrecer el conocimiento y experiencia de los mismos, así como de los Proveedores de Servicios tanto en sesiones de cursos y panelistas dirigidos al mercado de las telecomunicaciones. Lo invitamos a que participe junto a varios prestadores de servicios y 300 profesionales de la industria en este gran evento.

Los temas incluirán modelos para financiar redes FTTH, y períodos de retorno de inversión de capital  (CAPEX)  que muestran un mejor desempeño que el cobre, se abordaran también actualizaciones regulatorias de expertos regionales del Ministerio de Comunicaciones que tratan la entrega de servicios de Banda Ancha.

Los paneles incluirán expertos de varias empresas prestadoras de servicios de la región que hablaran sobre sus despliegues de FTTH y planes asociados para los mercados de consumo y corporativos, así como varias sesiones técnicas en las últimas innovaciones disponibles en Redes Pasivas Ópticas, Fibra Óptica, y equipos activos de próxima generación incluyendo 10-GPON y Ethernet Activa para servicios Metro sobre FTTH.

Cancelación: Si Ud. cancela entre 10-Marzo-2011 y las 6 pm hora local del hotekl en el 13-Mayo-2011, no habrá penalidad. Si Ud. cancela luego de las 6 pm hora local del hotel en el 13-Mayo 2011, la penalidad será de una noche.

Shipping

Materials can be sent directly to the hotel.  Please remember to ship early enough for the material to clear customs in Brazil.  Ask your courier when you need to ship by.  Materials should be delivered on Monday, May 16, 2011, earlier delivery may result in a storage fee charge to you from the hotel.


Incoming material: (Sheraton Rio policies)

  • Every parcel shall have the name of the event, its date, local/room, name and address of the person sending it. SHIPPING LABEL
  • The incoming of material shall be made preferably on the date scheduled for its assembling between 07:00 and 18:00h. The client shall forecast the number of staff needed to carry volumes from the service area up to the place of the event.


In case the material is delivered before its assembling, please consider the following clauses: (All penalties will be the responsibility of the company that sent the materials)

  • If received more than 2 days in advance, a daily storage fee of R$50,00 will be charged. In case the material is delivered within 2 days of the event, there will be no charge of storage fee.
  • If the hotel receives more than 5 boxes without the presence of any representative of the client, there will be a charge of R$ 150,00 regarding receipt of goods. This delivery shall be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No checking will be made regarding the content of the boxes. This is a full responsibility of the company delivering the goods. In the case that someone representing the client is at the hotel to receive the goods and does not need one of our employees to carry them, no fee will be charged.
  • The invoices shall be in the name of the Client only using Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort’s address. No material with invoice in the name of the hotel will be received.
  • All material shall be removed from the hotel premises within 48 hours from the end of the event. If not, this material may be disposed.
  • The hotel is not held responsible for any material left on the rooms or storage. This is a responsibility of the client.
