O Conselho FTTH – Divisão LATAM está organizando a nossa conferência e exposição anual de tecnologia no majestoso Rio de Janeiro próximo da famosa praia de Ipanema, no Rio Sheraton Hotel no Leblon.
Desde a nossa existência há dois anos, o grupo LATAM cresceu em mais de 35 membros oferecendo conhecimento e experiência desses membros e prestadores de serviços em várias sessões de cursos e palestrantes dirigidos ao mercado de telecomunicações. Participe junto a 300 profissionais da indústria das telecomunicações e prestadores de serviços neste evento emocionante.
Os tópicos incluirão modelos para financiar redes FTTH e períodos de reembolso de CAPEX que mostram um melhor desempenho que o cobre, e atualizações de regulamentação de peritos regionais do Ministério das Comunicações que tratam da entrega de prestação de serviços de Banda Larga.

Política de Cancelamento: Se voce cancelar entre as 18:00 horas local de 10 de Março de 2011 até 13 de Março de 2011, não haverá penalidade. Se você cancelar depois das 18:00 horas local de 13 de Março, a penalidade será o valor de uma noite de estadia.
Shipping
Materials can be sent directly to the hotel. Please remember to ship early enough for the material to clear customs in Brazil. Ask your courier when you need to ship by. Materials should be delivered on Monday, May 16, 2011, earlier delivery may result in a storage fee charge to you from the hotel.
Incoming material: (Sheraton Rio policies)
- Every parcel shall have the name of the event, its date, local/room, name and address of the person sending it. SHIPPING LABEL
- The incoming of material shall be made preferably on the date scheduled for its assembling between 07:00 and 18:00h. The client shall forecast the number of staff needed to carry volumes from the service area up to the place of the event.
In case the material is delivered before its assembling, please consider the following clauses: (All penalties will be the responsibility of the company that sent the materials)
- If received more than 2 days in advance, a daily storage fee of R$50,00 will be charged. In case the material is delivered within 2 days of the event, there will be no charge of storage fee.
- If the hotel receives more than 5 boxes without the presence of any representative of the client, there will be a charge of R$ 150,00 regarding receipt of goods. This delivery shall be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No checking will be made regarding the content of the boxes. This is a full responsibility of the company delivering the goods. In the case that someone representing the client is at the hotel to receive the goods and does not need one of our employees to carry them, no fee will be charged.
- The invoices shall be in the name of the Client only using Sheraton Rio Hotel & Resort’s address. No material with invoice in the name of the hotel will be received.
- All material shall be removed from the hotel premises within 48 hours from the end of the event. If not, this material may be disposed.
- The hotel is not held responsible for any material left on the rooms or storage. This is a responsibility of the client.
