Steven Glapa has led Zhone's product management and marketing teams for the past two years, focusing closely on development and launch of the company's new intelligent terabit access concentration product line as well as support of US customers' broadband stimulus initiatives. Mr. Glapa's previous roles include VP of Marketing at ArrayComm, positioning the company for success in Multiple-Input/Multiple-Output (MIMO) software for WiMAX and 3.5/4G wireless systems; strategy development at Booz-Allen and Hamilton; leadership of IP-based messaging and voice applications commercialization at Lucent Technologies; and VP of Marketing at Banter, a customer service software startup later acquired by iPhrase. Glapa holds an MBA from Columbia University, a BS in mechanical engineering and computer science from George Washington University, and a BA in physics from Carleton College.
