Description
There are nearly five million North American households now connected directly into fiber networks. So what do FTTH subscribers think about their service? How does their satisfaction level compare with that of cable and DSL subscribers? And what does it all mean for companies planning to upgrade their networks to fiber to the home?
Join us for an FTTH Council webinar on Thursday, September 17, at 2:00pm EDT as Mike Render of RVA LLC runs through the highlights of his 2009 FTTH subscriber survey – and then takes your questions. His survey reports, published just recently, are available on our website.
