Accelerating Access to Broadband
In an ex parte presentation in the National Broadband Plan (“NBP”) inquiry filed on November 4, 2009, the Fiber-to-the-Home (“FTTH”) Council set forth a vision to accelerate access to broadband service to all Americans and a series of proposals for the Commission to adopt.
