Consumer Reports Readers' Survey Ranks FTTH and FTTN Service Highest

A survey by US magazine Consumer Reports has found that the nation's fibre-optic service providers scored highest overall in terms of customer satisfaction for Internet, TV and phone services. Verizon FiOS and AT&T U-verse received top scores for Internet and TV services with respondents, and were found to be among the better phone providers.
